Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, joined a planned demonstration at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, calling for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan amid the NEET and CBSE rows.
Upon arrival in India from the US, Dipke pointed out that five students had committed suicide, emphasizing the need for the education minister's resignation.
The protest, attended by hundreds of people, mostly young individuals, was held under heavy security, with participants wearing cockroach masks and holding flowers.
Scores of students gathered at the venue, chanting slogans and demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
