Karnataka CM Shivakumar Allocates Portfolios to 13-Member Cabinet

Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has allocated portfolios to the 13-member Cabinet, retaining the finance and personnel departments with himself.

Deputy Chief Minister G Parameshwara has been entrusted with the revenue department, while Priyank Kharge has been allotted home and retained information technology and biotechnology.

Other key ministers include K J George with energy and tourism, M B Patil with large and medium industries, and Sharan Prakash Patil with medical education.

Senior Congress leader Ramalinga Reddy has been allotted major and medium portfolio, while Bairathi Suresh will head the transport department.

UT Khader has been allotted health, and Eshwar Khandre has been given rural development.

Yathindra Siddaramaiah, son of former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, has been assigned urban development and urban infrastructure development and finance corporation.
