Prateek Yadav, stepson of Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav, died in Lucknow at the age of 38.
He was brought to Civil Hospital, where doctors declared him dead at 5.55 am.
Prateek was the stepson of late Mulayam Singh Yadav and his second wife, Sadhna Gupta.
He largely stayed away from active politics and focused on business ventures, including real estate and fitness.
Prateek owned a gym in Lucknow and was known for his interest in fitness entrepreneurship and animal welfare.
