A Nashik court has refused to grant interim anticipatory bail to Nida Khan, one of eight employees accused of sexual abuse, harassment, and religious coercion at a BPO.
The court has issued notices to the investigating officer and the complainant's counsel, seeking written submissions by April 27.
Khan's lawyers argued for interim relief on health grounds, stating that she is pregnant, but the court denied their request.
The police are now free to arrest Khan, who has not yet been taken into custody.
