Thousands of students taking the retest for the NEET-UG exam on June 21 are facing difficulties accessing their admit cards due to website glitches and confusion over the examination fee refund process.

Despite NTA officials claiming the website is functioning normally, many students have reported repeated session expirations, timeout errors, and blank screens while attempting to download their hall tickets.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) began issuing admit cards on Sunday evening for the June 21 re-examination, which is being conducted after the original May 3 test was cancelled due to a suspected leak.

Some students have expressed anxiety and frustration due to server overload and the linking of refund verification with the admit card download process.

NTA officials have assured that all refunds will be credited directly to the bank accounts updated on the portal, and candidates facing difficulties will get another opportunity to correct their details after the examination.
