Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his support amid escalating tensions with Iran.

Netanyahu, who was reportedly in Beit Shemesh after an Iranian missile attack, said he had spoken to Modi and other regional leaders.

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed to have targeted Netanyahu's office, but it's unclear if he was present at the time.

Modi had previously spoken with Netanyahu to discuss the regional situation, conveying India's concerns and emphasizing the safety of civilians.

India's opposition parties have been critical of Modi's policies, calling his visit to Israel a 'betrayal of India's values, principles and interests'.
