In a call to action, President Droupadi Murmu has emphasized the need for Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers to harness AI-driven solutions to simplify administrative systems and ensure efficient service delivery to the most vulnerable sections of society. Speaking at the 128th induction training programme at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, the President urged the officers to combine technology with human sensitivity and judgment to drive development outcomes and uphold the highest standards of public service. According to President Murmu, India's transformation into a developed nation will only be meaningful if the benefits reach the most disadvantaged communities. She emphasized the importance of geographical, social, and economic inclusivity, calling on the officers to make untiring efforts to ensure that no community is left behind. The President also highlighted the need for sustainability and climate resilience, urging the officers to champion green practices, promote climate-adaptive governance, and ensure sustainable development. As senior administrators, they must champion the nation's interests and uphold the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability. President Murmu's message to the IAS officers is clear: harness the power of technology to drive inclusive governance, while exercising authority with empathy and fairness. By doing so, they can make a tangible impact on the lives of future generations and contribute to India's growth as a developed nation.
