Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is set to undertake a three-day visit to Germany, focusing on enhancing defence industrial collaboration and strengthening military-to-military engagements.
During his visit, Singh will hold talks with German counterpart Boris Pistorius and other senior leaders, with discussions centred on emerging domains such as cyber security, artificial intelligence, and drones.
A defence industrial cooperation roadmap and implementing arrangement for cooperation in UN Peacekeeping operations training are likely to be signed in the presence of both defence ministers.
The visit comes after a gap of seven years, with the defence and security ties between the two countries on an upswing.
