Anuj Agnihotri, the 25-year-old UPSC civil services examination 2025 topper, credits his mother as his inspiration to serve the people and bring change in their surroundings.

Ambitious and self-driven, Agnihotri pursued an MBBS degree from AIIMS, Jodhpur, and cleared the Union Territories Civil Services (UTCS) examination in his first attempt in 2023.

Currently under probation as an SDM in Delhi, Agnihotri revealed that he was not clear about his specific aim in life but was determined to make an impact at a larger section of society.

He started preparing for the civil services after realising the importance of power in bringing change, and his hard work paid off as he cleared the UTCS exam in his first attempt.

With a daily study routine of 13 hours, Agnihotri made it to the top without consulting any coaching centre, making his father proud.
