The TCS BPO case in Nashik has taken a dark turn with shocking allegations of sexual harassment, forced marriage, and stalking emerging.
One of the victims claimed that an accused forced himself onto her, pretending to be her fiancé, without disclosing his existing marriage.
The woman also alleged that the accused pressured her to convert to Islam and was sexually harassed again at a resort in 2024.
Police found that the accused had been stalking the survivor on social media, sending unsolicited messages and obscene videos.
Eight people have been accused in the case, with seven arrested and one, Nida Khan, seeking anticipatory bail.
The National Commission for Women has formed a fact-finding team to probe the matter.
