Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has announced that the state will not alter its district boundaries until 2029, as per the Centre's directive.

Addressing a public rally, the CM stated that the government will revisit the issue in line with people's aspirations once the restrictions are lifted in 2029.

Revanth Reddy emphasized the government's commitment to balanced development across all constituencies, regardless of political affiliation.

He highlighted several welfare measures, including free travel for women on state-run buses, 200 units of free electricity for the poor, and the distribution of fine rice through ration cards.

The CM also announced plans to develop the ancient Basara Gnana Saraswati temple complex at a cost of ₹225 crore, with the construction of a main tower, sacred pond, and meditation halls.

Revanth Reddy expressed hope that the foundation stone for an airport in Adilabad could be laid by June 2, and that land acquisition was progressing for industrial development and a proposed university.
