Tripura Co-Operative Minister Sukla Charan Noatia Honored with International Icon Award 2025
Sukla Charan Noatia Cooperation Minister and Tribal Welfare Minister, has been conferred with the prestigious "International Icon Award 2025 (Gold Medal)" in New Delhi. The award recognizes his outstanding contributions as a youth politician and social activist.
The Bharatiya Sahitya Sanskriti Academy and Samata Sahitya Academy presented the award to Noatia, who expressed his gratitude, stating, "I am deeply honored and humbled to receive the International Icon Award 2025 (Gold Medal) today in New Delhi."
The award ceremony, held on April 12, 2025, at Sarobar Portico, Delhi NCR, featured Bollywood actor Rahul Roy as the chief guest. Other notable awardees from Tripura included Baibhav Datta, who received the award for his contributions to study and painting, Dr. Rahul Chanda for education, Sayan Saha for Cultural Activities.
