Rubio highlighted the growing strategic partnership between India and the US, citing the strong counterterrorism partnership and collaboration in technology and innovation.
Rubio emphasized the shared democratic values between the two countries and the importance of responding to the people's needs. He also underscored the breadth of scope of bilateral cooperation, stating that India is an important strategic partner in the US.
