A 45-year-old Indian woman, Nancy Grewal, has died in a stabbing incident in LaSalle, Ontario, Canada.
According to reports, the incident occurred on Tuesday, March 3, evening, around 9:30 pm local time.
Grewal, a popular YouTuber and social media personality from Punjab, was rushed to a hospital by Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services (EMS) but succumbed to her injuries.
The LaSalle police have cordoned off several areas as part of the investigation and have assured the public that the incident is isolated.
Grewal was known for her outspoken criticism of pro-Khalistan separatists and had a significant following on social media, with nearly 9,000 subscribers on YouTube and 12,000 followers on Instagram.
