Mumbai: Abhay Singh, the world No.26, is all set to compete in the final of the JSW Indian Open squash. Last year, he finished runner-up while ranked outside the top 60. This year, he is eager to go one better on Sunday.

Former Indian No.1 Saurav Ghosal praises Abhay, saying he is a great example of a player pushing himself to the limit. Ghosal believes Abhay has maximised his potential and talent, and he deserves to be where he is in the rankings.

Abhay's coach, James Willstrop, has played a significant role in his success. Ghosal has no doubt that Abhay is in good hands, and he is confident that Abhay will continue to improve.

Abhay has been working on his physicality and has had the taste of beating top players on the tour. He is willing to test himself more in bigger events, even if it comes at the cost of losing for now.

Abhay will face Veer Chotrani in the all-India men's final, while Anahat Singh will defend her women's title against Egypt's Hana Moataz.
