Arunachal Pradesh Set to Host 4th North East Games 2026

The Arunachal Olympic Association has submitted a proposal to host the 4th North East Games 2026 in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
The event, scheduled from October 10 to 17, 2026, aims to bring together athletes from eight North East states and feature 12 priority sports disciplines.
The estimated budget will cover infrastructure development, athlete accommodation, competition management, and other critical arrangements.
The AOA has expressed optimism that timely support from the Indian Olympic Association will enable the state to host the Games in a befitting and impactful manner.
