Bopanna Calls for Structure in Indian Tennis to Unleash Young Talent

Veteran star Rohan Bopanna has expressed delight at the emergence of Dhakshineswar Suresh and Vaishnavi Adkar, but emphasized the need for a structured approach to develop the tennis landscape in India.
Both Dhakshineswar and Vaishnavi have impressed in recent tournaments, with Vaishnavi becoming the first Indian woman after Sania Mirza to reach the final of a W100 event.
Bopanna believes that having a strong support system and a clear roadmap can help these young players reach their full potential, and has offered to mentor them at his academy, the RBTA.
He also praised Vaishnavi for her rapid progress in the circuit, saying that she has already shown tremendous potential and that with the right guidance, she can achieve great things.
