Los Angeles FC has secured the services of experienced goalkeeper Hugo Lloris for the next two seasons, with an option for a third. The 38-year-old French international has signed a one-year contract extension through the 2026 season, with a potential option for the 2027 season. Lloris joins LAFC after a decade-long stint with English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur, where he was reunited with former teammate Son Heung-Min this season. The veteran goalkeeper has made a significant impact on the team, recording 12 clean sheets in 32 appearances in 2025 and serving as captain for the second half of the campaign after Aaron Long's season-ending injury. "We're thrilled to have Hugo on board for the long haul," said John Thorrington, LAFC co-president and general manager. "His leadership, professionalism, and winning mentality have been invaluable to our team. He continues to set the tone in our locker room with his exceptional character and quality on and off the field.
