This is the India No.1’s first title since winning the Syed Modi International in Dec 2024 and his first outside India since the Canada Open in July 2023

The 24-year-old's dominant win over Japan's Yushi Tanaka in the men's singles final (21-15, 21-11) marked a triumphant return to form after a challenging season.
Sen's journey to the top was not without its setbacks. He faced a difficult start to the year, plagued by injuries and inconsistent performance. However, the Almora-born shuttler refused to give up, channeling his energy into a resurgent second half of the season.
"I'm thrilled to have finally broken through and secured a title," Sen said in a post-match interview. "It's been a tough season, but I've worked hard to get back on track, and it's great to see the results paying off.
