Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his wife Twinkle Khanna narrowly escaped a freak accident in Mumbai's Juhu area on Monday evening. The couple, who had just returned from a trip abroad to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, were driving home from the airport when an auto rickshaw, struck by a speeding Mercedes, collided with their security entourage vehicle. The entourage vehicle then hit their SUV, but fortunately, everyone involved in the accident, including the auto driver and passenger, escaped with minor injuries. Eyewitnesses reported that Akshay Kumar quickly sprang into action, helping to rescue the auto driver and passenger who were trapped under the entourage vehicle. The actor and his staff worked together to lift the vehicle and free the trapped individuals, bringing them to safety. The incident occurred near the Silver Beach cafe in Juhu, where a large number of bystanders and media personnel were gathered for an event attended by Art of Living's founder, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured, and the scene was quickly brought under control.
