Tollywood sensation Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, directed by Anil Ravipudi and starring Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara, has made a remarkable box office run in India. According to Sacnilk.com, the film has raked in over ₹165 crore domestically, solidifying its position as one of the top-performing films in the country. The comedy film, which released on January 12 ahead of Sankranthi, has been performing exceptionally well. Its domestic box office collection has been impressive, with ₹9.35 crore earned from premieres, ₹32.25 crore on day one, and ₹18.75 crore on day 2. The film's subsequent collections have been ₹19.5 crore on day 3, ₹22 crore on day 4, ₹19.5 crore on day 5, ₹18.9 crore on day 6, and ₹17.65 crore on day 7. On day 8, it collected ₹7.21 crore nett in India, bringing its total to ₹165.11 crore nett. Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu has received mixed reviews, but its impressive box office numbers have earned it a spot among Chiranjeevi's highest-grossing films. The film has surpassed the lifetime collections of several of his previous movies, including Bholaa Shankar (₹30.63 crore), Acharya (₹56.14 crore), Godfather (₹74.03 crore), and Waltair Veerayya (₹161.06 crore). The film, also starring Venkatesh and Catherine Tresa, follows the story of Shankara Vara Prasad, a national security officer who seeks to protect his estranged wife and children and reunite with them.
