A bitter dispute within the Kapur family has escalated, with Priya Kapur, the widow of late businessman Sanjay Kapur, filing a criminal defamation case against her sister-in-law, Mandhira Kapur Smith. According to a complaint filed by Priya, Mandhira had shared videos and social media posts that allegedly made false allegations about Priya, causing her to suffer ridicule and social ostracism. Mandhira, however, denies the allegations, stating that she had only shared the truth about Priya's marriage to Sanjay and their family's wealth.
