However, in a recent conversation, filmmaker Karan Johar made an unexpected revelation: he has never eaten at a wedding. In an episode of The Manyavar Shaadi Show, Karan was discussing the non-negotiables at a wedding with co-guests Kriti Kharbanda and Pulkit Samrat. When asked about the must-haves, Kriti mentioned 'good food' as a priority. Pulkit, known as 'Annapurna' for his love of feeding others, chimed in about the importance of delicious food at a wedding. The conversation turned to the common practice of guests only trying a couple of dishes, despite long queues for food. It was at this point that Karan dropped a bombshell: 'I have never eaten at a wedding.' He explained that he finds the idea of standing in line with a plate and eating to be awkward. This surprising confession comes from Karan, who recently hosted a high-profile wedding in Udaipur, featuring performances by Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, and Jennifer Lopez. Karan is also set to release his upcoming production, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, a romantic comedy-drama starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday. The film, directed by Sameer Vidwans, explores the complexities of love in the modern era and is scheduled for release on Christmas Day.
