Actress Nicole Kidman and singer Keith Urban have finalized their divorce after nearly two decades of marriage. The couple, who tied the knot in 2006, agreed to waive all claims to alimony and child support in their divorce settlement. The divorce was finalized on January 6 in a Nashville court, more than three months after the couple announced their separation. Nicole filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. According to the divorce agreement, Nicole and Keith will have joint responsibility for major decisions regarding their daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17. The parenting plan requires the couple to maintain a loving and stable relationship with their children, even though they are divorced. Nicole's home will be the primary residence of their daughters, who will spend 306 days out of the year with her. Keith will have 59 days of custody, with their daughters allowed to spend every other weekend with him. The agreement also stipulates that the couple will not speak negatively about each other or their respective families. This marks the end of the marriage for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, who first started dating in 2005. The couple welcomed their first daughter Sunday in 2008 and their second daughter Faith in 2010. Nicole has been spending quality time with her daughters since her split from Keith, as seen in a recent Instagram post celebrating the new year with her daughters by her side. The divorce is the second for Nicole Kidman, who was previously married to Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001. Keith Urban, on the other hand, has been married to Nicole for the first time in his life.
