In a heartwarming display of devotion, thousands of fans gathered outside Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad to congratulate actor Ram Charan and businesswoman Upasana Konidela on the birth of their twins, a boy and a girl, on January 31. The proud parents, and Upasana's grandfather Prathap C Reddy, the founder of Apollo Hospitals, were showered with love and well-wishes as fans expressed their joy on social media. Upon visiting the hospital, fans were gifted hampers to celebrate the twins' arrival. A closer look at the contents revealed that the hampers included silver-coated cutlery, sweets, and a personalized tray engraved with the babies' birthdate. While some fans debated whether the cutlery was genuine silver, it was later revealed that the set, bought at Ashtok, was made of German silver, priced at ₹399 per unit, with the sweets being separately chargeable. The price of the hamper dropped to ₹276 when purchased in bulk. Fans also received flak for bursting crackers outside the hospital premises, disturbing other patients. However, the overwhelming love and support for the new parents were palpable as fans posted videos and photos of the gift hampers on social media. Ram Charan, who was mobbed by fans along with his 2-year-old daughter, Klin Kaara, during his visit to the hospital, is set to star in several upcoming projects, including Peddi and a film directed by Sukumar. The actor's fans continue to show their unwavering support for him and his family.
