The highly anticipated sequel to Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar, Dhurandhar The Revenge, has encountered a legal obstacle. A case has been filed against the film's location manager, Rinku Rajpal Valmiki, for allegedly operating a drone without permission in the high-security Fort area of South Mumbai. The incident occurred on February 1, during a shoot sequence featuring Sanjay Dutt. According to reports, the location manager failed to secure necessary clearance for aerial filming in the sensitive location, prompting the MRA Marg Police Station to register a First Information Report (FIR). The Fort area requires multiple levels of authorization for drone use due to its administrative significance and tight security. The alleged violation took place while the film was being shot over several days, with the set transformed to resemble an old, densely populated alley in Pakistan. Meanwhile, Jio Studios and B62 Studios have released a teaser for Dhurandhar The Revenge, reusing a post-credit scene from the first film. The teaser has drawn disappointment from fans on social media, who had been eagerly awaiting new visuals. The original Dhurandhar, released on December 2, became a global phenomenon, earning over ₹1,300 crore worldwide. The sequel, Dhurandhar The Revenge, is set to hit theaters on March 19, coinciding with the release of Yash's Toxic, promising a major box office clash.
