Ranveer Singh's spy thriller Dhurandhar has achieved a remarkable milestone, surpassing the lifetime box office collection of RRR and reaching an impressive ₹785 crore net in India in just 34 days. According to Sacnilk, the film brought in ₹3.78 crore net on its 5th Wednesday, taking its total domestic haul to ₹785.53 crore. Dhurandhar's steady performance has allowed it to outdo SS Rajamouli's RRR, which collected ₹782.2 crore domestically. The film's numbers are also impressive compared to other hits like Sukumar's Pushpa 2 and Rajamouli's Baahubali 2: The Beginning. The film's box office collection can be broken down into: ₹207.25 crore in week 1, ₹253.25 crore in week 2, ₹172 crore in week 3, and ₹106.5 crore in week 4. While the film's performance has slowed down slightly, it continues to attract audiences. Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan, Dhurandhar is a gripping story about an anti-terror operation. The film's success has set the stage for its sequel, Dhurandhar 2, which is scheduled to release on March 19.
