In a remarkable feat, Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar has surpassed SS Rajamouli's RRR at the box office, cementing its place as the fourth-highest-grossing Indian film of all time. As the film enters its fifth week, it has collected ₹786 crore net (₹943 crore gross) domestically, with a daily average of ₹7-8 crore gross worldwide. This impressive performance has pushed Dhurandhar past RRR's lifetime earnings. Domestically, Dhurandhar will face its first major test this week with the release of Prabhas' The Raja Saab, while internationally, it has earned just under $32 million, with a significant $20 million from North America. Notably, Dhurandhar has achieved this feat without being released in the Middle East, making it one of the top 15 highest-grossing Indian films overseas. As of Thursday morning, Dhurandhar's worldwide gross stands at ₹1230 crore, surpassing RRR's earnings. With this achievement, it has moved up to fourth place in the all-time grossers list, behind Dangal (₹2070 crore), Baahubali Vol 2 (₹1788 crore), and Pushpa 2 (₹1742 crore). Given its current pace, it appears unlikely for Dhurandhar to surpass these films. Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar stars Ranveer Singh as Hamza, an Indian operative infiltrating Karachi's gang and terror networks. The spy thriller also features Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R Madhavan in key roles. Part 2 of the film is set to release in March 2026.
