Mandhira Kapur, sister of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, has fired back at Priya Sachdev, Sunjay's widow, over her claims about their mother's financial situation. In a recent court hearing, Priya stated that their mother, Rani Kapur, continues to receive over ₹21 lakh a month from the company and has her personal expenses covered, similar to when Sunjay was alive. However, Mandhira disputes this, claiming that Priya herself is taking home nearly ₹5 crore every month. Mandhira made these comments during a recent podcast appearance, where she addressed the ongoing estate feud between her family and Priya. According to Mandhira, their mother was receiving significantly more financial support during Sunjay's lifetime. "When my father was alive, my mother was getting much more than what she does now," Mandhira said. "Unfortunately, she never checked what she was getting. Now, we are checking on whatever is going on. It is shameful that she is only getting ₹12 lakh.
