The report, obtained by CNN, highlights 10 major claims from the internal review, including Biden loyalists failing to strengthen Harris politically, Democrats being unprepared for Biden's exit, and the 'border czar' label damaging Harris.
The review also claims Democrats failed to define Trump negatively, Republicans learned from Obama's 2008 campaign strategy better than Democrats, and Trump's campaign excelled in data and digital outreach.
Additionally, the report states that Harris reportedly wanted the document released, DNC Chairman Ken Martin criticized the document, and CNN's reporting prompted its publication.
While Martin defended making the report public, citing transparency, he noted that some claims could not be verified and the document was released 'unedited and unabridged.'
