A US Air Force B-52 Stratofortress bomber crashed Monday after takeoff at the Edwards Air Force Base in California.
The Edwards Air Force Base confirmed the crash in an update on X, stating that emergency crews immediately responded to the scene.
Later, the base confirmed that the B-52 had eight people on board and all of them died in the incident.
