A Clarksville contractor, known online as Chud the Builder, was arrested in Nashville for using racial slurs and failing to settle his restaurant bill.

According to police reports, Dalton Eatherly was taken into custody on May 9 after he was asked to stop livestreaming at Bob's Steak and Chop in the Omni Hotel.

Eatherly had ordered $371 worth of food and drinks, but became disruptive and started making racial statements when asked to stop filming.

He faces charges of theft of services, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Separately, a luxury liquor haul valued at thousands was stolen from an upscale restaurant in Arizona, with surveillance footage capturing the alleged theft.
