Nancy Guthrie remains missing three months after her family reported the case. Authorities believe she was taken from her home near Tucson, Arizona, on February 1. A former FBI agent suggests a key piece of evidence recovered from Guthrie's home could help move the case along.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department and the FBI are investigating. A hair sample, considered 'potentially critical' DNA evidence, was sent to the FBI for analysis. A former FBI agent believes the FBI's advanced technology could yield results.

Steve Moore, a former FBI agent, thinks the bedsheet could be a treasure trove of DNA evidence. He suspects Nancy was helped out of bed due to her age and that hair might have fallen on the bed when the perpetrator leaned over.

The FBI is now examining the hair sample. More evidence has been discovered, including Guthrie's fitness tracker and DNA evidence from a vehicle found abandoned near a jogger trail. The DNA matched a person of interest questioned in the case.
