India has sought accountability for the 1985 Air India bombing, which claimed 329 lives, including 82 pre-teen children.

The bombing, carried out by pro-Khalistan terrorists on June 23, 1985, was Canada's worst-ever incident of terrorism.

Many of the perpetrators remain free, with extremist elements in Canada still glorifying the attack and holding violent protests.

India's High Commission in Ottawa has called for justice for the victims, citing Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement on unity against terrorism.

The 41st anniversary of the attack is marked as the National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism in Canada.
