At least seven people, including the lone suspect, died in a series of shootings across Muscatine, Iowa, on Monday. The shootings stemmed from a domestic-related dispute, with all victims believed to be family members of the deceased suspect.

The suspect, identified as 52-year-old Ryan Willis McFarland, was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and pronounced deceased at the scene. Four other victims were found dead at a residence on Park Avenue, while two more were discovered at separate locations.

The Muscatine Police Department is receiving assistance from multiple agencies as the investigation remains active and ongoing. Detectives are processing multiple crime scenes and conducting interviews.
