TLC's '19 Kids And Counting' star Joseph Duggar has filed a new motion seeking changes to the condition of his pretrial release, citing restrictions on contact with his children.

According to reports, Duggar's lawyers have told the court that he is unable to talk to his children, which has led to the second motion being filed.

Duggar was arrested in March after admitting to lewd and lascivious behavior with a child under 14 during a 2020 vacation in Florida.

He has entered a not guilty plea despite admitting his 'intentions were not pure' over a phone call with a Bay County, Florida, sheriff's deputy and the victim's father.

Duggar is facing two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor in Florida and four counts of endangering the welfare of children in Arkansas, where his wife, Kendra Duggar, was also charged.

Joseph Duggar is currently out of jail after posting a $600,000 bond, while his wife was released on a $1400 bond.

The new motion states that the victim and their family 'have abandoned their residence, no longer residing at the previously listed address,' which has led to a modification being sought.

Duggar has been restricted from speaking to his children as part of the case in Arkansas, where police found his children at their home in an endangered state.
