A former JPMorgan employee has filed a lawsuit against high-ranking executive Lorna Hajdini, alleging sexual abuse. However, new evidence has emerged that questions the authenticity of the allegations.
According to a report by the New York Post, the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, engaged with a legal chatbot almost 10 months before initiating the lawsuit, outlining allegations similar to those in his complaint.
The chatbot conversation has sparked controversy, with Doe initially referencing a male accused and mentioning Morgan Stanley instead of JPMorgan, where he was employed.
An internal investigation by JPMorgan found no evidence to support the claims, and Doe chose not to participate in certain aspects of the investigation.
Additionally, sources have revealed that Doe was supervised by Jon Wolter, not Hajdini, which suggests that Hajdini lacked the authority to affect Doe's bonus.
