Teams of investigators working on the Nancy Guthrie case have seen a significant update in their probe, with the Pima County Sheriff's Department and FBI reportedly working better together.

NewsNation's Brian Entin, who has been monitoring the case, claims that the collaboration between the two teams has enhanced, with Sheriff Chris Nanos working to address initial issues of not sharing information with the FBI.

Nanos recently appeared in an interview, stating that the reward money for information regarding Nancy's disappearance is still available, and that 'we know someone out there knows what happened.'

The FBI has also received DNA evidence from Guthrie's residence, which is set to undergo advanced testing in an effort to identify a match in the CODIS database.
