Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton secured a resounding victory in the Republican US Senate primary runoff, backed by a late endorsement from President Donald Trump.
Ken Paxton, who is now set to face Sen. John Cornyn in the general election, has been married to wife Angela Paxton for nearly four decades, but they announced their separation in 2025.
Angela Paxton, a Republican Texas state senator, filed for divorce citing adultery and stating that the marriage no longer honors God or is loving to herself, her children, or Ken.
The couple has four adult children: Tucker, Abby, Mattie, and Katie. Despite their separation, both Ken and Angela Paxton have publicly stated their commitment to supporting their children and grandchildren.
