The White House announced that President Donald Trump will sign a new Presidential Memorandum to prevent illegal immigrants from receiving Social Security benefits.

This move comes as the Social Security Administration faces a serious money shortage problem, with the latest report suggesting the program could become insolvent by 2032 if no action is taken.

Monthly payments may be reduced by 22% if the program runs out of funds.

A similar memorandum was signed last year, focusing on preventing illegal aliens from receiving Social Security benefits.

The SSA manages three main programs supporting over 70 million people in the US, including the Old-Age and Survivors Insurance (OASI), Disability Insurance (DI), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) programs.
