A shocking incident unfolded in Gurugram's Sector 93 on Sunday night, leaving a 43-year-old delivery executive critically injured. According to police, an ayurvedic practitioner named Navin Yadav, 41, repeatedly ran over Tinku Pawar with his Mahindra Scorpio in a narrow alley, striking him at least four times. The incident was captured on CCTV footage, which has gone viral online. Pawar, a resident of Chandpur in Dhani, Rewari, was waiting to collect orders from a Swiggy pickup point when the attack occurred. The SUV, driven by Yadav, initially hit a parked motorcycle belonging to Pawar before returning and swerving towards the delivery executives. Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with Yadav allegedly reversing his vehicle multiple times to hit Pawar. The confrontation began after Yadav's vehicle struck Pawar's motorcycle, sparking an altercation between the two groups. As Pawar and other delivery executives tried to stop the SUV, Yadav allegedly reversed suddenly, knocking Pawar off balance and hitting other executives. Pawar's 18-year-old son, Sunny, described the attack in detail, stating that his father screamed in pain as the driver repeatedly ran over him. The victim was left with severe injuries and multiple fractures in his left leg. The incident sparked outrage among delivery executives, who gathered at the Sector 93 police post on Monday morning to demand action against the accused. Police took Yadav into custody, seizing his vehicle and registering an FIR under Section 109(1) (attempt to murder) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. An investigation is underway, with police claiming that Yadav was irritated by motorcycles parked in the lane and had previous arguments with the delivery executives over the same issue.
