Cristiano Ronaldo has suffered a hamstring tendon injury, but Al Nassr confirms he won't miss the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The Portugal star is expected to be out for 2-4 weeks and will return before the World Cup begins on June 11.

Ronaldo sustained the injury during his side's 3-1 win over Al Fayha on Saturday and was visibly in pain. He also missed a 12th-minute penalty and was substituted in the 81st minute.

Al Nassr's top goalscorer with 21 goals this season, Ronaldo will miss Portugal's international friendlies against Mexico and the USA later this month.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo has bought a stake in Spanish second-division club Almeria, saying it's been a long-time ambition to contribute to football beyond the pitch.
