Indian Grandmaster D Gukesh suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Uzbekistan's Nodirbek Abdusattorov in the Prague International Chess Festival. The game saw Gukesh gain an early advantage but Abdusattorov fought back to gain the upper hand. Gukesh then regained the edge, only to blunder it away on move 67, sealing his fate. This is Gukesh's second classical tournament loss this year, with two wins and three draws in the other games. In a video posted by ChessBase India, Gukesh was seen in shock as he left the playing room, while Abdusattorov had a smile on his face.
