Conservative podcaster Candace Owens has sparked controversy again with her claims about Charlie Kirk's assassination. Owens, a former Turning Point USA member, has been vocal about her theories surrounding Kirk's death. The podcast host recently brought up Brian Harpole, a member of Kirk's security detail, suggesting that a lack of planning may have contributed to Kirk's fatal shooting. According to Owens, she received a tip from an event planner involved in Charlie Kirk's scheduled appearance at the Colorado event on September 11, the day after his assassination. Owens alleged that a panicked meeting took place between the event organizers and the chief of police, where a decision was made to turn the event into a vigil. However, she claimed that a critical issue arose – the security team had no plan in place to ensure the speaker's safety. Owens questioned the security department's coordination with law enforcement, suggesting that it wasn't until after Kirk's murder that officers were invited to the vigil. The controversy surrounding Kirk's death continues, with 22-year-old Tyler Robinson currently facing trial for murder. As the investigation unfolds, Owens remains determined to shed light on the circumstances surrounding Kirk's tragic event.
