Tylor Chase, born on September 6, 1989, in Arizona, began his acting career in the early 2000s. Apart from 'Ned's Declassified,' he also appeared in 'Good Time Max' and 'Everybody Hates Chris.' According to Chase's mother, her son needs medical intervention rather than financial assistance. 'Tylor needs medical attention, not money,' she said. 'But he refuses it.'
