Aanand L. Rai's latest film, Tere Ishk Mein, has been making waves at the box office. The romantic drama, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, has managed to hold onto its momentum even on weekdays, a testament to its strong opening. According to the latest update, the film collected ₹4.81 crore on Thursday, a slight dip from previous days but still a significant achievement. The film's highest single-day collection remains at ₹19 crore, achieved on Sunday, and its total collection now stands at ₹82.66 crore after seven days of release. Notably, Tere Ishk Mein has surpassed the lifetime India haul of Vikram Vedha, a 2022 film starring Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan, which made ₹78.9 crores. Tere Ishk Mein tells the story of Shankar (Dhanush) and Mukti (Kriti Sanon), whose love story spans decades. The film follows their journey from their university days to their reunion years later, with a supporting cast that includes Prakash Raj, Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub, and Vineet Kumar Singh. As the film enters its second week, it faces competition from Ranveer Singh's upcoming release, Dhurandhar.
