New Delhi: Prajakta Koli, the star of Netflix's 'Mismatched' and 'Jugjugg Jeeyo', has learned to handle negativity and baseless hate over her 11-year career as a content creator and actor. Despite not attending film school, Koli has picked up skills 'on the job' and values feedback to improve her craft. In an interview, Koli, 32, revealed that she has become accustomed to receiving hate on social media. However, she emphasized the importance of genuine criticism in her growth as an artist. She credits her audience with providing her with opportunities and support, saying, 'I know that if it works out tomorrow, they'll support me. If it doesn't, they won't leave me.' Koli, who has worked with big names in the industry, including Vidya Balan and Priya Bapat, confessed to feeling nervous on set. However, she has learned to channel her nerves into growth, saying, 'I don't have other schools I go to. So, then it's a stepping stone in general.' Her latest project, the comedy-drama series 'Single Papa', where she co-stars with Kunal Kemmu, is set to release on Netflix. In the series, Koli plays the role of Gaurav's sister, Namrata. She expressed her admiration for the show's director, Shashank Khaitan, and was thrilled to work with him on the project. Koli's journey from YouTube to Bollywood is a testament to her hard work and dedication to her craft. With her latest project, she is set to continue making waves in the industry and inspiring her fans with her relatable performances.
