Game of Thrones prequel A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms brought together its stars for a thrilling panel at the CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil. Peter Claffey and Dexter Sol Ansell, who star as Ser Duncan the Tall and his loyal squire Prince Aegon Targaryen, respectively, were joined by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Fabien Frankel for a special event. Coster-Waldau and Frankel, known for their iconic roles in Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, welcomed the new cast members to the world of Westeros. In pre-recorded video messages, they offered words of encouragement and advice for the newcomers. 'I want to welcome the new guy and wish him all the best of luck,' Coster-Waldau said with a smile. 'Just friendly advice: Try to keep all of your limbs intact.' Frankel also extended a warm welcome to the new additions to the Game of Thrones universe. 'Choose your allegiances carefully, keep your wits about you... See, there's no glory without a little Fire & Blood,' he cautioned. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, a six-part series, is set to premiere on HBO on January 18. The show will air one half-hour episode per week until February 22. The series has already been renewed for a second season, with production on the next installment expected to begin soon. The series is a prequel to Game of Thrones, set 90 years before the events of the original show. It is based on the novellas 'Tales of Dunk and Egg' by George R.R. Martin, who also serves as the writer and executive producer. The series boasts an impressive cast, including Daniel Ings, Sam Spruell, Bertie Carvel, Finn Bennett, Shaun Thomas, and Henry Ashton. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms promises to deliver the same epic storytelling and memorable characters that fans of Game of Thrones have come to expect. With the success of the original series and its spin-offs, the producers are hopeful that this prequel will be just as well-received by audiences.
