In the video, Karan asks Yash about his 'business proposal', to which Yash replies that he and Roohi want to pay Karan ₹200 every three months as rent.
Karan confirms that this means a total of ₹400 every three months, but Yash clarifies that it's every month, not every three months.
When Karan asks Yash to promise to pay him ₹200 every month, Yash agrees but then asks for a 'payback' of ₹100 each from Karan.
Karan is shocked by the proposal and ends the video saying 'Not at all. Toodles.'
