Actor Ram Kapoor is set to return to Dubai next week to complete his pending work at his home in the Burj Khalifa. The ongoing US–Israel–Iran conflict has escalated tensions in Dubai, prompting Ram to cut short his previous trip with his wife Gautami Kapoor.
According to Ram, his work at the Burj Khalifa is still pending, and the situation does not seem likely to resolve anytime soon. He explained that there is renovation work underway at his home, which is currently on hold due to the conflict.
Ram will be travelling solo this time, with his wife staying back in Mumbai. He expects to be in Dubai for a couple of weeks, where he will try to complete the work as per the original plan.
The conflict has led to airspace closure across the Gulf and the evacuation of all foreign tourists. The situation remains tense, with casualties reported in countries across the Middle East.
